Milestone 2.0

There are some features I'd like to add by this milestone:

• More flexibility: arbitrary sorting of order of contexts and projects, and more flexibility about the way things are displayed
• Integration: possibly integrate other applications like iCal, and allow free-form notes
• Stand-alone format: perhaps make a version which is self-contained, and uses SQLite (like Instiki)
• Slingshot: standalone offline versions of Tracks for Mac and Windows
